Scrip is a fantastic way to add funds to your individual student accounts. In addition to grocery scrip - you can purchase retail scrip from hundreds of retailers. The South County Marching Stallions completed their undefeated season with a commanding victory at the USSBA Northern States Championships in Hershey, Pennsylvania. They won First Place, Best Percussion, Best Music, Best Effect and Best Visual and earned a career high 95.45 out of 100 points. Earlier in season they swept the competition at Oakton High School, Herndon High School, and at Northwest High School in Maryland. They were awarded superior ratings at the Virginia State Marching Festival, which puts the band halfway to another Virginia Honor Band Award.

The South County Band Boosters are holding their second largest fund raising drive of the school year. Our band budget is more than $100,000 with $15,000 coming from our fund raising efforts. We ask all band members to participate in this fund raising letter campaign.
